5 YEARS ON INNER SPRING MATTRESS & FOUNDATION

During the first five years after delivery to the original owner Plega Healthcare PTY. Ltd. will at its option and without charge for labour and material, repair or replace the mattress or foundation having a defect in material or workmanship. In all cases, the transportation costs to and from the factory will be borne by the owner.

If identical materials are not available at the time of repair or replacement Plega Healthcare Pty. Ltd. reserves the right to substitute materials of equal quality and colour.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse or accident.
